Wii shoppers flock to France

The current shortage of Wii consoles on the UK High Street is well documented, but it seems that many UK shoppers are venturing abroad to claim their machines, according to

The newspaper claims that French Wii stock is more plentiful than here on this side of the Channel, with machines costing around 150. Queues are apparently becoming a regular occurance at Calais-based retailers.

One rep from tech store Micromania told the paper that English interest is phenomenal”.
