iPhone developer Molinker and his 1,000+ apps have been struck down by Apple in a extraordinary ban.
Molinker had over 1,000 apps available on the App Store before the group faced allegations of tampering with Apple’s own in-app review score policy.
iPhones prompt users to rate apps out of five stars, and – according to mobile news site ME – Molinker’s rating had been “faked”.
Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide product marketing Philip Schiller confirmed that the developer’s apps have been removed, “and their ratings no longer appear either."
