Nominations are now open for The Games Media Brit List Awards 2019.
The awards aim to celebrate the very best in games writing and broadcasting and are open to anyone in the UK games and eSports media to enter. This includes specialist consumer journalists, B2B reporters, vloggers, streamers, media brands, and national media reviewers. While entrants don’t have to be British to be considered, they do need to have worked for a UK game media outlet within the last 12 months.
Categories this year include Best Critic, Best Reporter, Best Features Writer, Best Video Presenter, Best Podcast & Radio, Print Editorial Team, Online Editorial Coverage – Specialist, Video Production Team, Emerging Talent, and Most Influential. Winners will be chosen by a panel of independent peer judges.
Editor of the Year, Unsung Hero, and Online Editorial Coverage – Mainstream are new categories introduced for the 2019 show.
Finalists will be invited to the ceremony on May 16th, 2019, at London’s Rix Mix which will showcase UK games media talent and highlight its greatest achievements, as well as provide "an evening of entertainment and networking" in the lead up to E3.
