Sony’s Paris Games Week press conference brought us new details on two highly anticipated PS4 exclusive titles: Quantic Dream’s Detroit: Become Human and Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part 2.
Having been in development since 2013, Detroit: Become Human finally got a more precise release window. The new IP from the Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls studio will hit shelves in Spring 2018 and also got a brand new harrowing trailer which gave us an insight on the brutal topics the title is going to tackle, including domestic violence. You can see the trailer below:
On the back of Detroit: Become Human’s new trailer, Sony then closed its conference with a brand new trailer for The Last of Us Part 2, which wasn’t exactly more pleasing than the previous one. This one is definitely not for the faint-hearted, with plenty of violent, blood and mutilation – we did witness a couple of people having to look away during the press conference, so watch at your own risk. Surprisingly, the livestream for Sony’s conference didn’t display any age warnings, but the trailer does.
The Last of Us Part 2 is due in 2018 and here’s the trailer:
