Mystic Forge, a newly established boutique game publisher, is thrilled to announce an investment of 2M EURO from ForsVC and ROM Utrecht Region. This significant partnership was solidified at INDIGO 2024, further accelerating a bright future for Mystic Forge in the global gaming market.
Mystic Forge is founded by industry veterans Paul Hanraets, Randy Greenback, and Vernon Vrolijk, formerly of Good Shepherd Entertainment. The game publisher is uniquely positioned to make its mark in the indie gaming sector with its innovative collaborative model. Specializing in strategy, simulation, and RPG games for PC, Mystic Forge adopts a proactive approach, selecting projects meticulously but also initiating collaborations by connecting developers within its extensive network. This strategy allows the company to dedicate substantial resources and focused attention to each game, ensuring personalized support from the early stages of development and extending well beyond game launch.
Paul Hanraets, co-founder of Mystic Forge, expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnership, stating, “From our initial conversations, it was clear that ForsVC and ROM Utrecht Region shared our strategic vision and ambitions.
